Welcome to Hartsop Hall Cottages - self-catering close to Patterdale, Ambleside and Ullswater

The Hartsop Hall Estate, including Hartsop Hall Holiday Cottages, is situated in the midst of some of the most majestic fells in the Lake District, at the foot of the Kirkstone Pass near Brotherswater, and mid-way between Ambleside and Patterdale and Glenridding by Ullswater.

Here is to be found our traditional holiday cottage, spectacularly situated on a working hill farm, offering guests unique self-catering accommodation in the Lake District. Dogs are welcome.

The cottage is available throughout the year, for rental on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday), or - outside of peak school holidays - for shorter breaks, starting on a Saturday.  Please click the links below for more information.
